Contributions & Terms
Equity looks to the intent rather than the form. These terms state in plain words what a contribution supports, what you receive in return, and what the ministry owes you.
I. The nature of your contribution
Lone Wolf Pack Ministry is a 508(c)(1)(A) ecclesiastical ministry supported by contributions. Publication and public-class contributions are displayed with their offers. For membership and individual study arrangements, the materials, access, duration, contribution and payment schedule are explained before you decide. If a suggested contribution is beyond your budget, contact us to discuss the available options.
When your contribution receives a publication, class or membership in return, you have received something of value for it. Your receipt names what you received. Whether any part of a contribution is deductible is a question for your own tax adviser; the ministry does not advise on it.
II. Downloads
Publications are delivered as PDF files immediately after checkout, on the thank-you page and by email. Because delivery is immediate and complete, contributions for downloads are not refundable.
If a file will not open, is damaged, or does not arrive, write to patrick@lonewolfpack.net with your order number, and a working copy will be sent promptly. Each file is licensed for the personal study of the person who received it. Please do not share, post or resell it.
III. Classes
Public special classes are held live online at the date and time stated on each class. Each class carries a minimum contribution, and you may give more. Contributions for classes are not refundable, because the ministry has no staff to process transfers or changes.
IV. Memberships
Your membership arrangement identifies the included materials and sessions, access duration, agreed contribution, payment schedule, renewal and cancellation terms before enrollment. Contacting the ministry does not enroll you or create a payment obligation. Membership contributions are not refundable.
To stop future monthly contributions, write to patrick@lonewolfpack.net from the email address on your membership. Contributions stop at the end of the period already given for, and your access continues until that period ends.
V. Education only
Everything the ministry teaches and publishes concerns the history and principles of equity jurisprudence. It is not legal or tax advice, it does not predict how any court or agency will act, and no attorney–client relationship is created. Each student prepares, signs and stands behind his or her own papers. Verify the current law of your own jurisdiction before relying on any principle.
VI. Your information
The ministry uses your name and email address to deliver what you receive, to send your receipt, and — only if you ask — to send ministry news. It does not sell your information.
VII. Governing terms
These terms are governed by the laws of Colorado. If any part of them is found unenforceable, the remainder stands. The ministry may update these terms; the version in effect on the day of your contribution governs that contribution.
